Cookbook put together by a runner girl, made for everyone!

So like the rest of you, I am very busy! I am a junior in college with a part-time job, full course-load, and some time left over to run and sleep! With all that, I don’t get to experiment and create as many of my own healthy recipes as I would like. Some of the recipes you see here are not mine. And some of these ARE my own! But they are all keepers 🙂

Take this as my nutritious, girl-on-the-run cookbook. Enjoy!
